It's official, I am finally updating this poor, neglected blog of mine!So there is not much new in my life..other than the fact that I turned 24 today!! And..contrary to popular belief, so far 24 is not all "they've" cracked it up to be. Not saying my day wasn't grand, because it indeed WAS a glorious one..but I'm patiently waiting for something big to happen during my year of being an age with exactly 8 divisors.
Other random facts about the number 24 (because I know you're DYING to soak up such life changing information..):
- Twenty four is the natural number following 23 and preceding 25.
- There are 24 hours in every day.
- 24 is the current jersey number of NBA star, Kobe Bryant.
- There are 24 carats in pure gold.
- The number of frames per second at which motion picture film is usually projected.
- There are 24 letters in both the modern and classical Greek alphabet.
- When pronounced "two-four" it represents a 24-pack of beer in Canada. (what?)

Pronouncing 24 as two-four is also a term used at Eurocan. It's used to dscribe the period of time between the 2 days shift and the 2 nights shifts. (they work four on four off) For example someone might say "I'm on my two-four" and then you know that they have alread yworks for 24 hours (2 shifts put together) and then they have a 24 hour time frame before the they work another 24 hours (2 night shifts put together) so they all call it a two-four. lol. Just thought I would tell you that!!
